Last Modified: February 18, 2026

Vegas Cash Home Offer, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Data when you visit www.vegascashhomeoffer.com (the “Website”), interact with our advertising, or contact us. It also explains the privacy rights available to residents of certain U.S. states and how to exercise them. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not access the Website. By using the Website, you consent to this Policy.

1. Scope; Audience; Other Notices

  • This Policy applies to Personal Data we collect online via the Website, our forms, email, text, and digital ads.
  • Separate notices may apply to employees, job applicants, service providers, and B2B contacts where required by law (e.g., California). If you fall into one of those categories, please contact us at privacy@vegascashhomeoffer.com for the appropriate notice.

2. Key Definitions

  • Personal Data / Personal Information means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual or household.
  • Sensitive Personal Data includes, for example, government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, financial account credentials, biometric identifiers, health data, and data about children; processing sensitive data often requires opt-in consent under state laws.
  • Sell or Share has the meanings under applicable state laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), including disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/share where required.
  • Automated Decision-Making Technology (“ADMT”) means automated processing that makes or substantially contributes to decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects (e.g., eligibility or pricing). California’s 2026 regulations impose specific transparency and opt-out obligations for ADMT.

3. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect:

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email, postal address, phone, IP address, device IDs.
  • Commercial & Property Interest Data: property address, ownership/tenancy status, home preferences, offer details.
  • Internet / Technical Data: device type, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and similar technologies.
  • Geolocation Data: coarse or precise location (if you enable it).
  • Inferences: preferences or interest segments based on your interactions.
  • Sensitive Personal Data (limited): precise geolocation or account credentials if you create an account or schedule transactions; we do not collect government-issued IDs online except as necessary to verify identity for certain requests. Where required, we will obtain opt-in consent before processing Sensitive Personal Data.

4. Sources of Personal Data

  • Directly from you (forms, emails, phone calls).
  • Automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.
  • From marketing partners, advertising networks, data analytics providers, and property/public records vendors.
  • From social networks if you interact with our content. (We honor legally required universal opt-out preference signals such as GPC for online data where applicable.)

5. Why We Collect and Use Personal Data (Purposes)

We use Personal Data to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Website and our services; personalize content; measure performance.
  • Provide real estate information and offers; schedule property inspections; manage transactions; customer service.
  • Conduct marketing and cross-context behavioral advertising; provide interest-based ads; measure campaign effectiveness (subject to your rights to opt-out of sale/share and targeted advertising).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse; comply with law; protect our rights.
  • Perform risk assessments and cybersecurity audits for processing activities that may present significant risk, as required by California’s 2026 regulations.

6. Cookies, Targeted Advertising, and Opt-Out Preference Signals

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for analytics and advertising. We do not control third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and may opt-out of sale/share and targeted ads via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and GPC signals (where recognized by law). We will provide confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed as required under California’s 2026 regulations.

7. Automated Decision-Making & Profiling (ADMT)

If we use ADMT for decisions that replace or substantially replace human decision-making (for example, internal lead-prioritization or eligibility-related screening that could materially affect you), you have the right to opt-out of such processing and to request meaningful human review. We will disclose material logic involved, types of data used, and your options to contest decisions, consistent with California’s 2026 ADMT rules. Submit requests via the methods in Section 13.

8. How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to:

  • Service providers/contractors (hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processors).
  • Advertising/marketing partners for interest-based advertising (subject to your opt-outs).
  • Relevant parties in connection with corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets where information about our users is among the assets transferred).
  • Legal compliance and safety (to law enforcement or regulators where required).
We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties for their own direct marketing absent your consent. We honor required opt-outs of sale/share and universal opt-out signals (e.g., GPC).
  • For any other purpose for which you provide it or as disclosed by us when you provide the information or as you otherwise consent to from time to time.

9. Data Retention & Minimization

We retain Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. California’s 2026 regulations emphasize transparency and governance around higher-risk processing; we maintain internal retention schedules and will disclose category-level retention periods or criteria upon request.

10. Security

While we take reasonable efforts to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in any public areas of the Website. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data and will conduct cybersecurity audits where required under California’s 2026 rules for processing that presents significant risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If we later determine that we have processed Personal Data of consumers ages 13–16 for sale/share or targeted advertising, we will first obtain affirmative opt-in consent as required by applicable state laws.
